These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and PROCEDURE-SAFE ("Procedure Safe"). By accessing or using procedure-safe.com you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of forming a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
3. Marketplace & Escrow
- Procedure Safe operates a marketplace connecting verified vendors with buyers.
- Funds are held in crypto-escrow until the buyer confirms receipt or a dispute is resolved.
- Vendors must provide accurate listings and ship goods that match the description.
4. Prohibited Use
You may not use the platform to violate law, infringe rights, misuse the messenger, list restricted goods, or attempt to bypass escrow protections.
5. Payments & Fees
Applicable fees are shown at checkout. Cryptocurrency transactions are final once confirmed on-chain.
6. Returns & Disputes
Disputes are handled through our Escrow Disputes process. See the in-app dispute centre for the current SLA.
7. Intellectual Property
All Procedure Safe branding, code, and content is our property or licensed to us and may not be reused without permission.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". We disclaim implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales; courts of London have exclusive jurisdiction.
